Description
The IU Share system offers a variety of HR transactional forms to streamline processes and enhance user convenience. These forms encompass various HR tasks and requests, allowing users to easily submit and track their own requests. When a request is submitted, the system triggers a workflow. Depending on the Org administration’s preference, the request is routed to the Org’s HR Manager (unit’s business manager) for review and action (approval, disapproval, editing, or sending back to the original user). Once approved, the request continues its routing and lands in the Bloomington Shared Services queue. Experts will then utilize relevant IU systems (e.g., HRMS, TAM, or KFS) to efficiently process the request to completion.
