Manas has been with IU since 2023 as a Financial Compliance Analyst at the Office for Research Administration. He joined FAB in 2025, where he conducts detailed financial analyses of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to identify trends and support informed decision-making. This includes evaluating financial performance using metrics such as yield, price, and investment risk, while also interpreting fiscal policies and serving as a resource to departmental staff. Additionally, he presents findings through spreadsheets, charts, and technical reports, and ensures data accuracy by verifying financial records and recommending necessary corrections.
