Donna has been with IU for over 25 years. She joined FAB in 2014 after managing the Borish Center for Ophthalmic Research at the IU School of Optometry and the system-wide Limited Submissions program under the Vice President for Research. Donna manages the Commitment Tracking System for Bloomington.
In her current role, she distributes and tracks funds for provost initiatives and strategic projects. This includes faculty hiring initiatives such as Faculty 100, dual career, and strategic hiring programs, as well as various awards and programs for Faculty and Academic Affairs. She serves as the liaison for tuition and fees between the Bursar, Budget Office, and Bloomington RCs, while also supporting budget planning and year-end closing processes. Additionally, she handles tasks such as revenue distribution, monthly assessments, and president fund transfers.
