Cassi joined FAB in 2022 after working for nine years at IUB supporting student success from academic and career coaching to teaching to community engagement. Through all of her work, she focused on developing new, innovative systems and workflows that supported student and staff success. That work and passion has followed Cassi to FAB where she will be redesigning core business workflows through the Microsoft PowerApps suite by creating innovative, cutting-edge applications that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Cassi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, a Master of Science in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University, and is currently working on her MBA through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
