Nancy is responsible for the administration and maintenance of a range of tasks related to financial application systems, web content management systems, and IU's creative marketing cloud. She ensures that the applications utilized meet business/university standard requirements, conform with identified business processes and are user friendly. She oversees the Campus Administrative Training Series (CATS) sessions and is a member of the CATS Committee. Nancy earned a BS in Instructional Systems Technology and a MA in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington.
