Aimee Heeter is responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative functions for the flagship Bloomington campus, including responsibility for its $2 billion budget. She provides fiscal strategic direction and develops operations strategies for implementation of strategic campus priorities. She oversees fiscal and administrative operations including budget planning, human resources, financial administration, internal controls, foundation management, and auxiliary services.
Aimee reports to the Executive Vice President and Provost and Executive Vice Provost for Bloomington. In addition, she works collaboratively with the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration and other senior leaders to set the fiscal long-term strategy.
Aimee holds three degrees from Indiana University including a doctorate in higher education with a focus on finance. Outside of IU, Aimee serves on several national committees focusing on finance and planning while advising on fiscal strategy and management.
