Sam serves as the Assistant Dean for Finance at the School of Public Health-Bloomington, providing strategic direction and oversight on all financial matters and ensuring the current and future fiscal health of the school. Sam is an IU alumna, earning her MPA at the O’Neill School for Public and Environmental Affairs.
